Program description. RNR Backyard Remodeling operates an SMS program that sends appointment reminders and confirmations, project and scheduling updates, replies and follow-ups about your quote, and occasional promotional offers to customers and prospective customers who have opted in.

How to join. You join by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, or by giving us equivalent written or verbal consent. Consent is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us, of requesting a quote, or of booking a consultation. By opting in you confirm that you are the subscriber of, or the customary user with authority over, the phone number you provided.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply and are your responsibility.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. We will send a single confirmation and then stop sending you text messages. If you change your mind, you can opt back in by checking the box on one of our forms again or by contacting us.
